Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1899. A member of the 1st Hockey XI, 1901 - 1903 (Captain in 1902-1903 when Keble won the Cup). President of the Debating Society, 1903. 3rd History and B.A., 1903; M.A., 1911. Attended Cuddesdon, 1904. Took Holy Orders, (d. 1904; p. 1905). Curate at Kettering, 1904 - 1907; Holy Trinity, Folkestone, 1907 - 1909; St. Mary, Ramsgate, 1909 - 1912; St. Paul, Knightsbridge, 1912 - 1915. Temporary Chaplain to the Forces (4th Class), 1917 - 1919. Died on 3 February 1919 of illness contracted while on active service.
