Research Interests
My research interests are in unjust enrichment and restitution, equity and trusts, contract, torts, Roman law and legal history. I also have a strong interest in criminal law and I practise in all these fields (except Roman law). I am a barrister in England (One Essex Court) and Australia and I advise regularly on cases in both countries and appear regularly in English trials and appeals and also in Australian appeals.
