Welcome. Most of my work at Oxford involves teaching on the MBA and Masters in Financial Economics programmes at the Said Business School, and undertaking research in financial economics. I also supervise a number of PhD students in my areas of expertise, so do please contact me if you are thinking of doing post-graduate research in financial economics.

Research Interests

Corporate finance, especially initial public offerings, private equity, securitisations, the cost of capital, and capital structure. In addition to the selected recent publications below, full details of my research and teaching are available on my faculty website.
