Keble Outreach

Keble College runs a programme of outreach activities for schools throughout the year to ensure that we attract and admit the best candidates, regardless of background. These include school visits to the College for secondary pupils from year 9 upwards, Pathways Programme activities, Teachers' Days, Subject Taster Days, and more. Since 2010, over 3000 pupils have come to one of our events and thousands more have visited through our Open Days.

We work primarily with our Regional Outreach linked schools, although we also host a wide range of other groups. For further information, please contact:

Regional Outreach

In order to simplify communication between the University and all schools in the United Kingdom, each Oxford college is linked to a Local Authority to ensure that all schools have a first point of contact within the University.

Keble College is linked with the following local authorities:

Birmingham
Sandwell
Solihull
Coventry
Warwickshire

If you are a teacher or a Careers Adviser in any of these areas, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding available outreach activities.

Tutorial Enrichment Project

Keble is piloting a programme through which current early career academics and DPhil students are sent to non-selective maintained sector Regional Outreach schools to hold tutorial style sessions with small groups of year 12 pupils throughout the year.  If your school is interested in participating, please contact us.
