Degree Days
BA Days
Keble has secured 120 places on a special degree day ceremony held each year in May after finalists have gone down. This enables a large part of any year group to graduate as a group and to celebrate that achievement with their families and friends. The date for 2011 finalists is Saturday 5 May 2012. Invitations will be sent out from the Alumni & Development Office in January 2012. Please note that a total of two guests tickets, for the ceremony in the Sheldonian Theatre, can be allocated to each graduand.
Keble Degree Days throughout the year
For other degree days during the year, please refer to the full list of dates for availability. Application can be made by completing and returning a Degree day application form to Mrs Trish Long, the Warden's PA. You should also read the Degree day information. Degrees can be conferred in absentia even when the ceremony is full. Please note that bookings for D Phil degrees cannot be accepted until you have been given leave to supplicate by the University.

MA Degrees
As there is a severe shortage of degree ceremony places throughout the year, Old Members are encouraged to take their MA in absentia and can apply do so by completing the standard form. Names will be entered at the next ceremony at which Keble is presenting candidates even if the ceremony is fully booked.
NB You are only eligible to take an MA if your first degree was a BA.
Degree Certificates
Certificates are prepared by the University Degree Office and can be collected from the Porters' Lodge immediately after the ceremony.
Certificates will be posted by Recorded Delivery to those graduating in absentia.
