Simon works as Sub-Dean at Keble College, and is always contactable about any matters relating to the graduate community at Keble. He resides in the H B Allen Centre and can be contacted on the above email address or via the porter’s lodge in an emergency.

After finishing an undergraduate degree in biochemistry, Simon undertook an MSc in Pharmacology, followed by a DPhil in the area of immunology and stem cell research at the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology. During this time, he worked as Junior Dean for St Hilda’s College for just under four years, and was heavily involved in the management and provision of student welfare and discipline. In order to combine his love of teaching, people and science, Simon went on to study graduate-entry medicine and now works as an academic clinician in Oxford. With a keen interest in rheumatology, his research focuses on psoriatic arthritis and examining patient education and outcomes. Simon also works as a lecturer in pathology and medicine at New College.
