Sunny is one of five Lodge Receptionists who operate the security and front of house services of the College.

Responsibilities include issuing College keys, responding to emergencies such as fire alarm activations, carrying out weekly fire alarm tests, sorting incoming post including parcel deliveries, and dealing with general enquiries. During Term time, they also take seminar room bookings for Fellows’ teaching requirements.

During the Easter and summer vacations, Lodge Receptionists help to check Conference and B&B guests in to their rooms when they arrive and also ensure that their room keys are returned on departure.
