Tom Polkey is a Finance and General Management professional.
He started as a Civil Engineering graduate before switching to finance, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with CIMA. His early finance training took place whilst working for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and its commercial arm, AEA Technology PLC, at Harwell and Culham Laboratories. He then moved into the food research & manufacturing sector for nearly 18 years. For the last 7 years, Tom has run his own consultancy assisting food manufacturers, charities, clinical laboratories and construction consultants.
