Keble Fellow Dr Lisa Bendall admitted as Junior Proctor

On Wednesday 18 March Dr Lisa Bendall, Tutorial Fellow in Archaeology and Sinclair and Rachel Hood Lecturer in Aegean Prehistory, was formally admitted as Junior Proctor for 2015-16 in a ceremony in Sheldonian Theatre. The Warden presented her to the Vice-Chancellor in Latin, and she was then given the Statutes and keys of the University by the Vice-Chancellor. Keble Fellows, all in full sub fusc, processed from the College to the Sheldonian for the ceremony. Afterwards, guests, staff and junior members were invited to the College Hall for a celebratory lunch.

Previous Keble Proctors include Dr Ian Archer, Professor Basil Mitchell, Gordon Smith and Paul Hayes.
