Ade looks after the main Keble site, The H B Allen Centre and the Sports Ground, along with the Binsey Boatyard, the squash courts, and the Chaplain’s garden.
He started at Keble in March 1990 as groundsman and is now Gardens and Grounds Manager.
Ade manages a team of people, including Groundsman Dave Turner, who is based at the Sports Ground, and College Gardener Haylee Walker and Gardens Assistants Steve Beasley and Charley Rundle.
Ade also oversees the use of the Sports Ground, which is shared with St Hugh’s College, and liaises with sports captains to sort out practices and fixtures.
