India coordinates the college’s Outreach programme to attract, support and encourage applicants to Keble and to Oxford from as diverse a range of backgrounds as possible.
Most of this work is centred on state schools and colleges in Keble’s West Midlands link areas of Birmingham, Sandwell, Solihull, Coventry and Warwickshire, and also on partnerships with external organisations including The Access Project and The Brilliant Club. India works with students of all ages (from secondary level), teachers, and parents to help demystify Oxford, raise aspirations, and support underrepresented and otherwise disadvantaged groups of students through the application process. A range of activities are available which include virtual and in person opportunities, subject to restrictions and eligibility.
