Laurie’s main duty at Keble is to ensure that the Lodge Team is well-informed and equipped to handle students’ requests and needs, as well as responding to the busy conference period outside of Term.
Originally from Lyon, France, Laurie has lived in the UK for over a decade. She has worked in hotel reception in Paris and London for the last 20 years, including as Front Office Manager at the Berkeley.
Her priority is to create an exceptional experience for everyone who will interact with the Lodge Team, create a ‘wow’ moment for guests, and have Keble College recognised for a high level of service.
