Marie is closely involved in the work life-cycle of all non-academic staff, from recruitment through to leaving.
Marie wears other ‘hats’, eg Equality Officer, Health & Safety Officer, Secretary to the HR/Equality Committee, as well as overseeing and advising on training opportunities and advises managers and staff on College policies and the law at work.
Prior to joining Keble, Marie worked in HR in the construction, dairy and brewing industries.
