As Head of Rooms Division, Oana oversees the College’s lodge and housekeeping departments, helping to ensure that Keble provides a safe, welcoming, and well-managed living environment for students, staff, and visitors throughout the year.
Oana brings extensive experience in hospitality and operations management, having held senior roles within large hotel groups and independent four-star properties. She has led rooms operations in complex environments and managed teams through periods of organisational change, with a strong focus on service delivery, operational efficiency, and staff leadership.
