J. Tyler Brown is a Junior Research Fellow in New Testament Studies at Keble College.

His forthcoming monograph examines the Sign of Jonah in Matthew and Luke-Acts within the wider reception of the book of Jonah in ancient Judaism and Christianity. He has published on resurrection in the Epistle to the Hebrews and on Pauline anthropology in Ignatius of Antioch. His research focuses on early Jewish and Christian eschatology, anthropology and scriptural reception, with an emphasis on theological interpretation and early Jewish–Christian relations.
