Request to book a teaching/seminar room

This form can be used by Staff, Fellows and Lecturers to request a teaching/seminar room in College. If you are a graduate student involved in teaching, feel free to utilise this form as well. Please make sure you have read the Room Booking Policy before doing so. If you have any questions, please contact meetings@keble.ox.ac.uk.

Standard meeting room layouts are listed here. Please note, if you wish to have a different layout, you are more than welcome to reset the room, but this needs to be moved back to the original set up once finished. If booking the Douglas Price, please be aware the music room connects onto it and individuals will need access at all times.
