Room Booking Form
Use this form to request a seminar room.
Before submitting this form, read the relevant College regulations (section D21 of the Student Handbook (pdf)), available from the Lodge or online.
If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions in Section 2 below, your event will require Junior or Senior Dean authorisation and must be submitted 10 days in advance. Bookings submitted later than this will be refused.
If authorisation is not required, submit this form no later than 3 days in advance.
