Gym Membership Form (HBAC Tenants)
Please complete this form if you are affiliated with any business in the H B Allen Centre and wish to become a member of the gym.
Please note if you are a new member you will need to complete an induction before being able to access the gym. The membership fee is £113.30 per year. Once all forms have been received you will be contacted by a member of the team to confirm your membership has been registered.
