Gym Membership Form (HBAC Tenants)

Please complete this form if you are affiliated with any business in the H B Allen Centre and wish to become a member of the gym. Please note if you are a new member and have never used a gym previously, you will need to complete an induction before being able to access the facilities. The membership fee is £105 per year.

You must complete an application form to enable your membership to be processed. A completed disclaimer form is also required. Please complete this form (linked below) and return it to gym@keble.ox.ac.uk. Once all forms have been received you will be contacted by a member of the team to confirm your membership has been registered.
