Dr C Fielder Camm undertook his medical training at Downing College, University of Cambridge and New College, University of Oxford graduating in 2013.
He undertook his foundation training in the South Thames region before returning to Oxford having been awarded an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship. He is currently a British Heart Foundation Clinical Research Training Fellow in the Nuffield Department of Population Health and Honorary Specialist Registrar in cardiology at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. His research interests are wide ranging and include arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, the genetic epidemiology of arrhythmias, and electronic educational resources.
Fielder has been a Teaching Associate and then College Lecturer for clinical medicine at Keble College since 2015. He has a Post-Graduate Certificate in medical education from the University of Dundee and has published on the role of YouTube as an educational resource for both medical professionals and patients.
As well as teaching, Fielder has extensive experience with the medical publishing industry. He is the Series Editor for the Clinical Guides Series of medical textbooks (Wiley Blackwell) and Executive Editor for European Heart Journal – Case Reports (Oxford University Press).
