Penn works closely with the Senior Tutor and is primarily responsible for the line management of the College Office Team.
She is responsible, in consultation with the Senior Tutor, for procedures ensuring the efficient and appropriate academic provision within the College, to include admissions and on course day-to-day administration for both Undergraduates and Graduates.
